There are three permanent employees (paid) and temporarily the association welcomes trainees from partner universities. KIKK Association has a long term contract with University of Pécs to receive apprentices from faculties of Economics, the Art and the Information engineering.
The students arrive not only to our organisation, but we regularly convey them to the cluster members. Many of the students find final workplace at the companies as video makers or project managers. Graphic designers and software developers also work at our cluster members.
One of our leading cluster members -the Kerko Media Ltd – contracted with University of Padova for apprenticeship and received students from there last years. In 2018 the association collaborated with a Slovakian secondary school of art to receive students in a summer school but this year a connection with enterprises will be developed. The cluster is represented in the board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pécs-Baranya and participate in strategy development concerning industrial needs for VET as well.
CICC Association has participated in numerous Erasmus projects so far, including Break in the desk, ArtENprise, ICCI, and in 2018 we had a cooperation with the Secondary School of Applied Arts, Kosice, Slovakia, ECVET Erasmus + Programme.

Main activities are:
- Assisting the incorporation and development of enterprises, integrating them into a cluster.
- Supporting shared procurements and the organisation of cultural service provision.
- Managing joint development, production and service provision.
- Assisting the joint launching of products on the market (shared image and brand name).
- Preparation of PR and advertising material.
- Developing partnerships, organising partner meetings both within Hungary and internationally.
- Supporting administration and project accounts.
- Fund coordination and preparing tender applications.
- Continuous reinforcement management in collaboration with universities and secondary educational organizations.
